This is hands down, the best interview I've ever seen be presented. The interviewers ask deep, and insighful questions. They allow space for the person to actually answer, instead of talking over them. So refreshing. I actually feel like I've got to know Ed from this. I can't stand most American talk shows, and this is by far a balanced interview, it was a pleasure to listen. Thank you.

Wow...this was a deep and personal interview and makes Ed Sheeran such a great man. He stated very honest and valuable information: 1. His greatest achievements is his wife and family 2. Not having a phone so he can focus on in-person conversations 3. Instagram is a promotional tool; don't post selfies because it suggests you are unhappy and looking for others to validate you 4. You may not be the most talented person but you can worker than the most talented person to become better 5. Be on time and respect other people's time

Loving the interview style : not many shows would dare or could pull off a question like "If you could choose one trait from yourself you don't want your child to have what would it be ?" The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back, and it allows the host to ask interesting questions. Clearly the other guests enjoy it so much they also joined in.

Ed Sheeran is the most amazing guy in the world. He is, hands down the most brilliant, talented, singer / songwriter in the world. I know because I've been around for most of them. I'm 72, and I just love this guy. I've listened to everyone through the years, from Elvis, to Buddy Holly, the Stones, the Doors, Eric Clapton , The Who, Coldplay, Maroon 5, BB King, Sir. Elton John, the Beatles, I love it all, all music. Ed Sheeran is without a doubt the best. Absolutely, 100% And I have to say The Brit Awards should be ashamed for giving Adele , the awards she got, because she doesn't hold a candle to Ed Sheeran. Thanks for your interview with him. It was one of the best interviews I've seen. He's so real, and down to earth it looks like a joy to talk to him.

This interview could easily be used for study material at universities. Incredible energy and incredible spontaneous reactions and given/received answers. It is a story telling interview not based on (strictly) prepared answers but just going with the flow, exactly as a debate or meeting between two or more people goes when they chat. Also what amazes me how good listeners (and thinkers) are all of them. Ed also gave many excellent real life examples about modern factors that does not bring long term happiness and this knowledge can be worthy for younger generations, especially because he is very right person whose voice can reach those younger fans. When I finished watching, I was certain I watched a video of millions views. Well, boutique interview for sure, that is why it is highly valuable. Keep doing great things. Bookmarked and subscribed.

Wow. This was a great interview. Congratulations, Ed Sheeran. You have learned at 30 what I learned during my 40's and the first half of my 50's. You, my man, will go a LONG way with the thoughts and beliefs that you have expressed in this interview. You are strong and courageous. You are your own person - you do not belong to anyone else. But you are loyal beyond belief to your wife and your child, you are loyal to who you know yourself to be, and in that, you love others as greatly as you can. This was all evident in this interview. Thank you for being willing to share this with the rest of the world. I pray that many, many people will be impacted, inspired, and changed by your example. I will admit that I know all the words to almost 100% of the ABBA songs, but I know none of the words to your songs - although if I am lucky, I will be able to give you proper attribution when I hear you on the radio. ;) And I CERTAINLY do enjoy your music when I hear it. And when the announcer says "Ed Sheeran", I'm like, "Of COURSE that was him! DANG, he's GOOD!" I do hope for you that one day, you WILL be as long-lasting and as well-known and loved as ABBA. You keep that solid footing underneath you, Ed. Stick to what you know works well - in life, love, and music. And if it ain't working well no more, then find what does. You do your career YOUR way. Pictures in papers fade . Whenever I go over my instagram pictures of my vacations it evokes memories. That was one of the most enjoyment of had watching a celebrity being interviewed, there wasn’t any bulls**t at all, he’s cursing away and not giving a feck, which to me makes me feel like he’s just so down to earth,, he’s never been up his own arse, and that’s never changed in the 10+yrs!!! Some of these singers that win shows like The XFactor and think they should get everything for free, start dropping friends “cause they don’t need them anymore”. I see some singers think they’re the best, and shouldn’t have to cue for restaurants etc, but ask them to sing live and they can’t do it. Ed’s just a fantastic entertainer, who writs wonderful amazing songs, and performs live amazingly, and you can actually see he’s enjoying the show he’s performing to you and loving that your enjoying it also.!!!
