Should you always stay in if they swap and throw a charge move before swapping ur self? (Unless they swap in a hard counter like fairy to a dragon for example, and u gotta get out of there asap).

It really depends on what they swap in. If I have a hard answer to their safe swap, like a lanturn, I'll instant swap to my whsicash. But if I don't have a hard answer, like against azumarill safe swaps, I'll chip them in the lead and then swap.
