Before you try again, make sure that both sites are updated with the latest version of the element and that you have enabled features related to the copied element, There is an error message.

Yeah, thanks @@ellio7346! 😄 Once you click COPY you have to wait for the notification COPIED TO THE CLIPBOARD before moving to the tab where to paste the container. Otherwise the copy is partial and gives an error. In short, you have to do it calmly 😂

hey, try checking your console log for the reason behind the error when you paste the component.

@@ellio7346 I have the same error. Found one of the entries in the error log: "`elementor.saver.on` is hard deprecated since 2.9.0 - Use `$e.hooks` instead" No clue if this is the error or how to solve this.

Absolutely. You just copy and paste it, rather than importing a template, and then you can refine, fiddle, remove, add bits and do anything that you want.
