In This Video Lecture You Will Learn Basic Concept Of Skeletal Muscle
Skeletal Muscle Fibre : Each muscle consists of muscle bundles, which are further composed of
muscle or cells. Each muscle is a long cylindrical cell with multiple oval nuclei arranged

(H stands for “hele” mean bright). The H-zone is bisected by dark line called M - line. The I bands
contractile unit of muscle. The myofibrils contain myofilaments.
