Hi Ian, love your videos. Just some fitness advice if you're trying to grow big legs, going for a run while you're legs are still sure from a workout is bad for hypertrophy recovery. Better to rest until they're not sure then continue running

There's scientific reasoning as to why that wouldn't be the best. It's a long journey for the eyes too to go back and forth from there all the way to the top of the map. You don't really ever need to see the king tower honestly except when I go for some activation but thats rare and you can still kind of see it
