I have a suggestion for the melee attacks sequence. I would really love to see them all play out at the same time side by side. That way it's more easy to distinguish the one's that are somewhat similar. Particularly I would love to see cw horsintal swing next to cw diagonal swing and rotating downward chop next ccw diagonal swing. I don't know if this would be possible or if you even would be bothered to do it. Just a suggestion. However good guide :)

one more thing, blocking the fan of knives doesnt trigger the explosion, so you can safely block and maybe riposte it with lantern shield love the vids ❤

Where or how did you get the footage of the attacks at 4:20 ? I want to study how to read the moves and comparing them side by side would be really helpful. Also seeing them in real time would be nice.

hey, ive been trying to solo warlord and everything is pretty much easy, except the horizontal attack, ive tried being close and being further, but it always hits my back, what am i doing wrong, i just try crouch ducking and moving to his left but it never works

crouch, looking down, and then moving to the left is correct - do you have a clip I could look at? The attack comes out quite fast so depending on your location/connection to the server it could be just incorrectly reading you as still standing or looking up

So you can't hurt the boss in phase 1, and you don't have to kill the minions, so how do you get to phase 2? Is it after a certain amount of time?

He repeats the Cone - Teleport - Knife sequence twice and then blows up the minions, so just time.

People learn those mobs by trying many times. I learned cyclop and lich without any guide.

Yeah the non-killed minions buff him when he blows them up. (bigger sword, more damage atleast. Not sure about action speed)

Im at day 2 of learning cave troll as a barb, it's miserable... i think boss fights in this game are poorly designed, i get that they need to be hp sponges capable of oneshotting you, but i feel they could at least be fun, like for example why does the arena have to be a plain circle/square? This forces just one strategy on you, wich is to just memorize a pattern and repeat the same actions over and over, that's the definition of boring
