Notable moments : 0:59 - Curse-rotted Greatwood almost crushes the entirety of the skeleton host. 1:15 - CRG breaks the floor, annihilating the vast majority of skeletons. 2:12 - CRG defeats the last skeleton reconsidering it's life choices. 4:29 - Old Demon King burns more than half of the skeleton host. 5:08 - Wolnir gobbles the entire skeleton host, never to be seen again. 5:16 - Skeletons resurrect, only to suffer the same fate than a few moments earlier. 5:45 - Sulyvahn's shadow yeets a few skeletons in a futile attempt to regain his footing. 6:28 - Aldrich creats a volley of arrows, destroying a few skeletons. 7:32 - Yhorm violently roars, sending all but three skeletons flying. 10:12 - Dragonslayer's Armor combo crushes more than half of the skeleton host. 10:51 - Lorian manages to miss an overhead slam at point blank range, targeting skeletons so close they can probably see each other's inside of their eye-sockets. 11:12 - Lorian's fire attack burns almost half the skeleton host. 11:30 - Lothric's holy nova wipes more than three quarters of skeletons, leaving them unable to resurrect. 12:16 - SoC's second phase nova wipes all skeletons but two. 12:20 - SoC's follow-up combo manages to finish almost all remaining skeletons. 12:30 - The two skeletons not killed by SoC's nova and his follow-up combo get swiftly removed from the census. 12:45 - Ancient Wyvern's fire breath angrily target the immortal cameraman, in a vain attempt. 13:20 - Ancient Wynvern's vertical fire breath vaporizes most of the skeleton host. 13:57 - King of the Storm wrecks the skeleton host with a powerful gale. 14:09 - Nameless King spitefully smites a single skeleton with a lighting spear. 14:13 - King of the Storm carbonizes the rest of the skeleton host with a vertical fire breath attack. 16:36 - Friede's blackflame yeets several skeletons to the backrooms. 17:16 - Demon in Pain's toxic attack ravages the ranks of skeletons. 18:19 - Demon Prince's nova finishes off the remainder of scattered skeleton forces. 19:18 - Halflight's attack stalls the skeleton host, only slowing his inevitable demise. 20:52 - Gael's third phase nova eliminate the majority of the remaining skeletons. 20:59 - Summoned thunder pulverizes the scattered remains of the skeleton host. 21:22 - Midir's combo do a vibe check on attacking skeletons. 21:35 - Midir reminds his guests why he's the GOAT. 21:48 - Midir finishes the last skeleton on +1000 aura, without having taken a single hit.

Man I know at this point that he’s been gone for like, what, well over ten thousand years? But can you imagine how insane Nito would’ve been if he actually wanted to rule during the Age of Fire with army of skeletons? Just think about it- not just 50 of these boys, but hundreds of thousands of them. I guess that’s part of why Wolnir was so terrifying, too. Everyone whether Lord or poor alike fears those that come from death.

Probably because Elden Ring bosses have more powerful movesets and that just about every boss outside of Limgrave comically outclasses the skeletons stat-wise.

I'm not sure what the stat difference is between Elden Ring and Dark Souls 3 skeletons, I'd have to check. My guess is that they are similar, but the Bosses in Elden Ring have much higher stats, so the Skeletons there might seem weaker in comparison.

@@SKnight44 Because that ability in Elden Ring is not tied to holy damage itself, but to things that leverage a tenet of the Golden Order that specifically gives them that property. The Elden Ring is like a metaphysical law book that governs reality. Things like Litany of Proper Death, the Inseparable Sword, and holy pots all draw on a section of the Age of the Erdtree’s configuration of the Elden Ring, known as the Golden Order, that should make it impossible for Those Who Live in Death to exist. Since the Elden Ring is shattered, a lot of things have become possible that weren’t before. The idea behind fundamentalists using these items is basically that they are enforcing the Golden Order’s tenets for it while clinging on to hope that it will be restored someday.
