Theres actually a little bit of strategy to this game. Your chances of winning increase slightly if you pick the color with the least amount of players in it. This is because you have a 7/8 chance of surviving regardless of what color you pick, but if you pick the color with the least number of players in it and survive, you survive and more players die on average each round that you survive because a color with more players in it will get picked. For example if 99 players pick red and you pick blue every round, you have a 50% chance of winning rather than a 1% chance. Extreme example but it gives you the gist of the idea.
