@King Louis!! he's not decided yet afaik, at the Grime MC tour he was talking about it and said he didn't like the way music is released nowadays. he was saying that he thought the scene is too saturated and so it loses music loses its value. to him it's more of an art and with what he's done for the Grime MC thing it defo seemed like it. from what i've seen he will definitely release what he's done cause he worked on it for time, just not in any conventional/mainstream way. hopefully it's soon though ..

Leon Palmer that's interesting because all the people you've mentioned are basically first generation of the Grime scene. Chip is the very last of the first generation because Grime was fading out when "Who Are You?" was released. Skepta has been around since the first wave of Grime whether he was DJ'ing or not. My cousin and I were debating about Chip being 1st or 2nd, but I do see how he's second. The second generation was on Lord of the Mics 3 with Margar, Kozzie, Scrufizz and all those Birmingham MC's like Safone, Deadly, Jaykae etc.
