I saw that too, either theyre fans of Pantheist or they may have played a show with them and are using Pantheist's kit.. Pretty cool though, Pantheist is fucking dope and so is Skepticism...

They toured with Pantheist when promoted their at that time current album Alloy. I brought them the funeral wreath you can see in front of the drum kit. They was really surprised by it and by the words of band members they still keep it in their practice room even if it is withered and dry.
