That 3rd perspective is way up there huh? I like how loose you were with the sketch - trees, clouds, and people, very architecture like. Thanks!

love your videos good sir, are you going to go over 4 pt and curvliner perspective? If I could make a request: can you go over the cone of vision and how do you figure it, I've seen it in books, however all the books I've seen are too either too wordy or too vague for me to make sence of it, thanks

Is it possible to blend perspective with orthographic projection so that you get the best of both worlds and no distortion? Or maybe 4 point perspective?
@bclaus09 жыл бұрын
+Socrates No, the best solution is to put your vanishing points way further apart.

Friend, i have some trouble when i have to freehand sketch my design which my design isn't cube basic shape. Could you make some videos how to make 3 point perspective on building with curve shape. Thanks
@prasannarn9469 жыл бұрын
Hi Spencer, great tutorial. I always have problem darkening drawings which involve part curves. For example: the bottom of a bottle in perspective. If i need to darken the construction curve, I need to draw half an ellipse which is difficult. any tips?
@sketchadaydotcom9 жыл бұрын
Just keep practicing. It's hard but I don't have any other tips besides practicing your ellipses.

Thank you for your videos and for doing most of your tutorials on traditional media. Can't stand watching digital "artists" supposedly "teaching". When they are literally draw tap deleting every line 10 times be for drawing the next line just shows how amateurish they are and makes me not want to take any information from them. Its great seeing someone who can actually control a writing implement and convey information in a way that makes sense.
