Turkey adventures part 2 with Benj Cave. This time we tere on the mission to find the sketchy broken bridge.

I've stood next to a beehive and had them cover my entire white dress, no protective gear, no stings. Such a beeautiful feeling, staying calm and hearing and feeling them. The cable crawl Benj did with Toby was horrible to watch! Except for the caterpillar encounter, that part was funny. This bridge doesn't look too bad in comparison, but I'd still rather skip it myself and live through watching you two 🤣

It's so sad to see all these animals living like they do there, the stray dogs and cats fighting over food in the last one, and the lonely little donkey this time. It's lovely that you can help them even a little bit, but the donkey should really have water available all the time (they drink a bucket or two of water every day), and some grass to graze on. Apples and carrots are more like treats, grass and hay are their main diet 🙂

Wolves are quite tall for sure, shoulders around the same height than on a Great Dane, but they weigh a lot less, only around 40kg on average. Loads of dogs weigh much more than that. More importantly though a lone wolf is not likely to attack a human in the first place, or even a pack of wolves, they're quite skittish and most people never get to even see one. They have a powerful bite, but are not likely to use it on us unless cornered so that they have no escape. 10000 bees on the other hand could easily be deadly. Of course it doesn't take more than one sting if you're allergic, but even if you're not, as little as 100 stings has killed an adult human in the past. Although healthy adults should be able to tolerate even thousands of bee stings, but with 10000 angry bees... I'd not risk it. Of course most bees are not angry by default though, but if you threaten their nest even accidentally they can attack, and if one does the others usually join. I'd take my chances with the lone wolf too.

I think it was an egret, maybe a heron. When it's flying you can see an 'S' bend in its neck which is how those birds look in flight. Cormorants have darker plumage and fly with their necks straight.

It's beautiful there, living amongst history is so underrated. Sick bridge but yeah that bridge was solid, the one Benj and Toby did was 10000x sketchier lol. There are actual 2 or 3 wire bridges out there on trails that are so much worse than this. I love the duo adventures, they are so fun. Ps, donkeys eat so many things. Ours loved crackers and cookies. But they ate just about anything. Including some meats. That one looked like it got wrapped around the tree too many times. Pretty shit setup. I would've let it off the lead and moved closer to the water. It has no access to food or water. But i also have owned them so i get it.

Benj and Toby didn't do a bridge in Moldova they did cables. It's one of the (few?) episodes where you can clearly see how they misjudged the challenge and were clearly rattled by it.
