I say the following, no dot torque those 2 oil plugs to 20-22 nm as manual say. Max 15 nm. There are many cases of threads broken on the oil pan due to over-torquing. Be Specially careful on the smaller 8 mm bolt!

Skid plate has a cut out to access the cover to drain the oil
