Thanks for sharing this with us, and I suppose the restaurant visit just about counts as having a beer. The funiculare is spectacular; feels more like a proper railway than others I have experienced.!

Yes the funicular was fantastic! And obvs the skiers don't experience it that way round as they all just go up. Down really was the way to experience it. I promise I had quite a lot of beers once we got into Val d'Isère! 🍺

Sailboarding? Never! I'm not great on or in water. Although these new ferries with all their stabilisation does seem to be OK.

I was fine. I did get pretty tired doing the snowboarding, but mostly because it was something very new to me and I therefore couldn't relax at all! Thanks for watching 👍
