Tore my ACL playing netball in September. A year waitlist until my surgery & a year recovery after that 🥹 I feel you. It’s so tough… but I was able to gym 2 months after doing it, you’ll be stronger than you think! Sending lots of love X

Same with me, netball injury and waited a year. Just had ACL reconstruction, lateral meniscus tear and a medial meniscus tear repair but both tears were more like shatters. Day 3 in hospital and the pain is unbearable

@@livwalker3672 omg so sorry :( yeah my consultant is worried i’ve also done my meniscus etc too as I couldn’t walk when it happened for at least 2 months. Not looking forward to that 🥹 Hope you’re out of pain soon!

Oh Saff I am so so sorry a couple of years ago I completely broke my knee and I had to be operated on. I still get problems with it so I totally understand your pain! Wishing you a fast recovery lots of love💓💓

As someone who dislocates joints regularly, I'm confused how you can walk and aren't wearing a knee brace? You would also be in excruciating pain still if it was your ACL.

That’s not true. The pain can subside and I’d know this because i’ve had the same injury twice.

Saffron do all the physio, no matter how boring or annoyingly frustrating, DO THE PHYSIO!!!! Because it can keep dislocating on the reg unless you strengthen the muscles around it. Wishing you a Speedy recovery ❤

Completely agree, I tore my crucial ligament and dislocated my knee in a horse riding accident, 4 years later and my knee dislocates at least twice a month

from one girl to another, I've had 3 surgeries on my knees due to my knees dislocating. the absolute most important thing is the rehab. i ignored mine the first time which led to them happening again, hence multiple surgeries. the pain is terrible and I don't wish that pain and discomfort on anyone. Hope you'll get better soon.

When I tore my ACL I couldn’t put weight on my foot at all until I got surgery and the pain was awful, had a leg brace for 10 weeks! So the fact that you can stand and walk around is a great sign that it’s hopefully nothing serious 😅

I tore my ACL last January from skiing too but doesn't sound like you have torn your ACL more like a dislocation or damaged ligament but not torn. Breaking a bone is actually better than tearing your ACL as the recovery is about a year :( however if you have don't worry, I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and it was tough at the beginning pretty painful butt 2 weeks in and the pain has subsided a lot and im feeling more positive so don't worry. I just don't think you have fully torn yours because when I did mine I couldn't walk at all or bend it or fully straighten it so im not sure. also did your knee swell? mine was about double the size

i torn my ACL last year and i thought i was going to need surgery and i rehabed it over the year and now im playing football again and doing everything i could before, i had a second MRI scan 7 months after i ruptured it and there was evidence the acl was healing 🤷‍♀ so there is a non surgical route , it take time and alot of determination and its not easy

Not as bad as ACL but I tore my PCL a few years had to have physiotherapy a couple of times the pain was awful I legit couldn’t bend my knee or squat down 😂 wishing you a speedy recovery! ❤

Romans 3:23 states: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;". We are all sinners, that have committed at least one sin in our lives, which earns us an eternal punishment in Hell. Shedding his blood on the cross as a blood atonement for all sins. After dying on the cross, he rose from the dead on the 3rd day and rose to Heaven. To show life after death. To show everlasting life through Jesus's sacrifice. John 14:6 states: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.". Romans 10:13 states "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.". Eternal life in heaven is just one prayer away. All you have to do is believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on the cross for your sins. As an atonement for your sins. And rose from the grave on the 3rd day. Ask Jesus to save you of your sins and give you eternal life in Heaven. Salvation is a free and everlasting gift from God. Please don't let pride drag you into eternal punishment in Hell, but ask Jesus to give you eternal life in Heaven. If you're getting a strong feeling of resistance while reading this, it's because Satan doesn't want you to get saved. He wants you to resist, and think it's not real. He wants you in Hell for all eternity with him. Hell is not a fun place, like worldly people like to imagine. It's everlasting torture with no relief. I'm only taking the time to text this, because I want to get the message out. There are so many distractions in life keeping people from witnessing to other people. Keeping people from thinking about salvation. Keeping you from thinking about life after death. Please, ask Jesus into your hearts to save you of your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. Ask him for a place in Heaven, and he will save you from eternal damnation in Hell.
