I like that Kurt Cobain mindset. Simplicity can be beautiful too. Not about how technical you are, but how well-composed it is. Shredding in D Phrygian shouldn’t be glorified as the “proper way” to play guitar, as the snobs say😒

I gotta say awesome dude! Have to ask about the pickup in the guitar? I actually have that guitar and bought the green Titanium parts for it and brass big block for the trem, really brought the guitar up a notch, one of my favorites in my collection! That guitar for only having 1 pickup is actually super versatile, it's how you set the tone knob and where you pick on it can vary the sound so much! I have zero complaints about it, amazing neck and frets. Definitely more Skid Row please, and maybe Dangerous Toys, Pride and Glory etc. You get the idea lol
