I thought the door handle at the top goes on the outside, not the inside. From the factory.?

it does and if you use that part of the video as a reference to place door on frame it ends up being wrong side out and then you have urethane all over everything....ask me how I know.

don't reference the upper handle as how to place the window on frame. Theirs is backwards.
