Did you apply anything beforehand to the concrete to stop moisture from rising?

That's a great question. With Sport Court® gym flooring, sub-surface moisture is able to evaporate up out of the concrete without any restriction. The floor is modular with permeability in between individual pieces of flooring. This characteristic makes Sport Court® gym flooring a great option for those areas with highly plastic or wet soils.
