Skidoo 09 600 Etec runs but no throttle response. TPS ICE Throttle Cable

Wife rode sled one weekend we parked in barn and came out to this. Starts and runs but no throttle response. Guess there can be ice that holds the throttle slightly open and tps does not see idle position and goes into safe mode. By slapping the throttle numerous times it breaks the ice out where it’s holding the throttle slightly open.
