Skiing The Wilmington Trail at Whiteface Mountain in January 2025. This blue run is more than two miles long. It starts at the top of Lookout Mountain and goes almost to the base of Whiteface.
Whiteface Ski Area is located in the Adirondacks of Upstate New York and has a vertical of 3,166 ft. It's even higher if you're willing to do some hiking and the slides are open.
Whiteface Ski Area is located near Lake Placid, New York, in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. The area, including Whiteface Ski Area, hosted the 1980 Winter Olympics.
This video was filmed on Jan. 15, 2025. It was the 49th day of my ski season.
