The maracujá, the one you called green passion fruit is a very common fruit here in Brazil. And you ate it wrong...We eat the yellow stuff with the seeds on it. But it is not usual to eat it raw, like an apple. We make juice and some deserts with it. It is very tasty and appreciatted. PS: Well, later on you ate it in the right way...

If you can find it, a fun one to try that has a sweet/sour taste is Star Fruit or Carambola. When you cut it into slices, it resembles a star.

Those red skin dragon fruit has two different type, it has red texture one and white texture one. The red one tastes way better than the white one. Also the first fruit looks very different than the one in my country (Taiwan), and it’s softer than the one u guys were eating

Skill at 9:30 we eat a lot of maracujá in Brazil and we eat the seeds, sometimes with some sugar or condensed milk. But we mostly use it as an ingredient for desserts and other dishes because it's too sour by itself most of the times Edit: I've never seen anyone eat the part they did, but who knows

Hi Skill, great fun watching you both try these new fruits. I have tried the passion fruit before but I'm not a fan. I've seen the last two dragon fruits in Waitrose supermarket (UK) but have never tried them. I will buy the big yellow one and try it for myself. Nice idea , cheers.

Mate Passion Fruit is one of the best fruit in our world. You have to eat only the seeds.. the green part is to trow away. Best use make Kaipiroska with passion fruit ( 2 peaces of lime, sugar, passion fruit seeds you press them and after you put small peaces of ice and vodka. You mix it and drink) one of the best cocktails. In Europe is very used.

Hi guys! The only way I've eaten passionfruit was to scoop the seeds and gunk into a kitchen strainer and rub it with a spoon to let just the juice go through. That juice, added to a fruit salad makes the flavours really pop. If you ever try papaya, which can be quite bland, spread some passionfruit juice on it for a great experience. I lived in Asia for 10 years and most of those fruits were cheap as chips. I was shocked by what you paid for them. Even in Canada, they are a fraction of that price.

SKIIIEEEELL!! I am exotic fruits fanatic in NA. I would highly recommend the Honey Mango which is my favourite, although it might be hard to come across in your country since they some from South America. But out of the ones you tried yellow dragon fruit are my favourite. Not a fan of the red ones though. Edit: Also Yellow dragon fruit are meant to eat raw but red ones are used for drinks like smoothies, cocktails, and margaritas.

U pronounce pear like pier :p at least in British English:) Edit: Purple dragon fruit usually is really sweet and bit of bitter amd its one of my favorite fruit :) With passionfruit it's great when it's fully grown then u have sweet and sour mix in it, and I highly recommend to try passionfruit/pornstar martini as one of my fav drinks, very popular in uk PS: give us more of those vlogs!!! Lol, you ate the wrong part of the passion fruit! Eat the yummy yellow orange seeds and juice. We cut them in half and scoop the yummy centre out with a spoon. Lots of those tropical fruit are picked unripe and shipped overseas. They are much better when ripe - smell better and sweeter.

Passiflora is the latin/scientific name of the Genus and Maracuja is the common name. And I'm afraid you ate it the wrong way lmao - you actually eat the seeds and they are quite tasty :D

Skill! you cannot call them exotic, that's what baboon eats! Jokes aside, those are tropical fruits and they are delicious. Enjoy! Magoesteen should be the purple fruits. Queen of the tropical fruits. You just need to 'squeeze' it to pop, no need use to knife. Next time should try Durian, the king of the tropical fruit, that's super delicious, the best. Passion fruit should eat the 'seeds'. Dragon fruits, the fruit of cactus. both yellow and red are nice. It's very refreshing.

I think you ate the Tamirillo at the wrong time. It probably wasnt ripe so it was too sour. I gave a Feijoa (the small green fruit) to a german workmate and he said it tasted like nature's bubble gum. Feijoa are also extremely high in anti-oxidants.

But skiieeel you need to eat the seeds and glibber of the Maracuja aka passion fruit. That really triggered me 😂 My favourite fruit Btw. Sooo delicious. Surprised you don't know Maracuja/passion fruit juice. Maybe yours was not that ripe. Yes it's sour but not too much, aftertaste is sweet and it has the typical tropic flavour you know from tropical juices.
