as it is a WG, if you have a Russian tank you roll both dices. if you have a tank from another country, you only get 1 dice because Russian bias. RNG CARD: WG release a new tank, your vehicle is now obsolete. you have lost. RNG CARD: other team has EBR. all light tank players have lost the game. RNG CARD: if you are an Arty player, you can only land on city maps or you drowned and lose.

There is actually some potential with a WoT themed Monopoly but only with unique mechanics instead of a simple reskin. Just a few ideas: Tanks being allowed to shoot each other and penetrations causing the opponent to lose a turn or something. Roll dice for penetration of course, no WoT without RNGesus. Pay for premium ammo in order to roll an additional die for penetration. Arta can't pen but shoots from anywhere on the board and stuns so you can only roll one die, in order to make it as annoying as in actual WoT. Being able to pay for a premium account to "exclude a map" so you can avoid an enemy hotel or gain more money when you pass Go. Might have been a refreshing boardgame.

When I bought Star Wars Monopoly years ago the pieces were made of pewter and everything was exceptional quality. I think that Hasbro has really cut corners. The graphic details on the board look very nice but I hate hate hate the property card graphics looks like cheap Chinese tank.

Hey guys, Mr Grumbler here! I've noticed a common mistake that you've made (besides not reading the instructions ;p). Here it is: "If the player lands on an unowned property, whether street, railroad, or utility, they can buy the property for its listed purchase price. "If they decline this purchase, the property is auctioned off by the bank to the highest bidder, including the player who declined to buy." Cheers! Love the video btw ;)

In my experience players decide if they want the auction rule and for 2 players I'd say it's better to not have it.

I own a few copies of Hasbro's monopoly. The money is the downside of them all, but I could tell straight away that Wargaming cut major corners on this one. The wildcards are way too thin, they look like they'd tear if you do an overhand, let alone a riffle shuffle. The board came bent, which is a personal pet peeve of mine, especially if boards are quadruple-folds. The money is garbage, no two way about it. A one-sided print? Really? they look like tide pods, easily dissolvable in water. All this wouldn't be a minus whatsoever if it wasn't for the price tag. 60 euros flat. I have bought hasbro's original monopoly (I needed a new copy) for 40 euros. The thing is; Sure, the price is high because it has to be licensed. Okay. If that's the case, let's say licensing is 30 euros. That leaves 30 euros for the cheap-o materials. Why not bump the price by 15 euros but deliver a higher quality product? Bare in mind that a 15 euro increase is from 60 to 75. Sure the overall price would increase by a quarter, but bare in mind the licensing stays the same so it would put Wargaming in a position where they would literally have 50% extra material budget. As a board game enthusiast and a WoT games collector, I will for sure be skipping on this until/if they improve the quality. I don't need it to sit on my shelf - I actually play the games I buy. Also if you and Vivi like playing fun board games regarding the WW2 genre, I wholeheartedly recommend Axis and Allies 1942. It's a fantastic 'RISK on steroids' game and it actually is the most fun with 2 players (1v1) in my experience. The game does have a stronger-end price tag however (I got mine for ~130 euro).
