I was talking about this tank a few weeks ago on twitch when I was marking it, Pantera gets all the credit this tank is actually very good. The turret can be very trollish too because nobody loads gold to shoot you. It was super fun marking it ^_^

The thing I love about the p43 ter is when you go look at the armor profile and do a comparison. It has a similar armor layout to an IS. However, unlike said IS, this one has better mobility for a weaker gun. Which as a medium, isn't a bad loss. This was back when it was first released though, so I'm sure gold spam messes with the reliability of that armor. As you said, decent gun handling with a good power to weight and fairly well armored (note you bounced almost 1k that last game). One of my favorite t7 mediums.

This is my go to tank when I’m having a bad run. Probably my best medium and I always seen to be in the thick of it when I play it. I feel like the gun outplays it’s stats.

This tank was a treat to play when I was grinding the Italian line. Very nice gun for its tier, with a good rate of fire and surprisingly trollish armour with good mobility and enough gun depression. I think the best way to describe it would to call it a jack-of-all-trades with trick or two up its sleeve.

P43 ter is badass. It has good alpha, good mobility and semi trollish armor against lower tiers. It's basically a tier 7 heavium. Very underrated. This tank sits between good and epic IMO

@@readingcoconut9017 Yes that was my point (badly expressed I'm sorry) I love the tier VII vehicles such as T28HTC, T34-3, S.Hellcat...But the MM fells broken as F! 65% of games are +1MM, 20% are +2MM, 10% are full tier VII and 5% are with tier VI (I don't even remember last time I've seen tier V lol)

@@bruhman5385 i disagree with you as i like the far more better mobility of the tier7. meeting the higher tiers in either of the tanks is not the best thing that can happen. the gun in tier 6 is top in damage while having the 240 alpha is no longer top in tier7 - a point to the tier6. don't get me wrong i also love playing the tier6 p.43bis, but the mobility of the tier7 gives it the edge. for the rest like armor, gun handling, camo and making credits is see both tanks as equally good

Really liked the P.34ter. Had solid results with it, plus Tier7 is a lot easier than higher tiers. Liked the well rounded nature, decent but not great gun with a nice punch, decent but not great gun depression, good mobility. Armor is ok for a medium, not paper, not bouncy, but very annoying turret for lower tiers. It is kind of like E50M in regards to it's playstyle, except for the gun that does have a different focus. Good tank.

I bought it today and already pulled a Mastery Badge without the final gun, engine and radio with almost 5000 combined damage done in the 8th battle on the tank and thanfully it was a win and unlocked the gun. Yeah, it was a lucky battle in where everything went my way but still as an impressive event to me. The previous tank - P.43 bis Tier VI - was also quite nice, in my opinion, and made me believe I would be able to have a 50%+ Winrate again and getting to enjoy the game once again! Made a Mastery Badge today with 3000 Damage done, 1000 Damage blocked and 8 Kills but lost the battle because...there is only much a dude alone can do, eventually you get caught by several enemies, you are slow, run out of HP and find out you ran out of team long before and so its over. It is being a pleasure to go throught the Italian Medium Tank line since Tier VI. The gun handling is very s*itty so far, but when it hits.

I enjoyed both tier 6 and 7 Italian meds. I have the best stats in those tanks, for those specific tiers. And I don't know why, considering how derpy the gun can be.

Grinded the whole Italian line when it came out and I struggled with the P43ter the most. Armor can be bouncy and has good speed, but the gun is a 240 alpha potato. Just didn't work for me. P26/40: epic, lights out HE pen and has a nice heat round when facing tier 5 or 6 heavies P43: decent, very solid armor for tier 5 P43bis: decent, punchy 240 alpha potato gun with great HE round P43ter: avg, same as 43bis with a bit more armor and speed. Same gun as 43bis with a smidge more pen (prem same as tier 6 T3485, less than Cromwell) P44 Pantera: epic, can be played like a tier 8 E50M with auto loader. Gun dpm outclassed by Progetto but still a fantastic tank Standard B: epic before the nerf, good now. Tier 10 gun, slower after nerf but still decent speed, 10 deg gun dep. The nerf nearly ruined this tank Prog65: epic before nerf, good now

Going backwards? Next is bis, then plain old P.43 Same alpha in the bis (but suffers a bit in power), then the vanilla P.43 has super trollish armour for tier5.

nice video Skill, just as i started to play the tank. And lucky matchmaking you have - your dad was on shift with wg? against the higher tiers one starts to miss the penetration of the tank and as accuracy is not the the best either it can be frustrating sometimes.

after playing some more battles i can am with you baboon king. this tank is actually good. i have seen the tier 9 not to often so even the stock gun with better dpm but less penetration works most of the times. the biggest plus this tank has over its tier 6 brother is is not the gun, as stats on tier 7 (at least for top gun) are not better. the much better mobility makes the p.43ter working. all in all not a bad grind to the p.44 pantera (progettos brother) in tier 8. even making profits in the tank is possible when one does not use gold ammo other than really needed

I liked all the Italian meds and this is one of the best of the line IMO. The bis is another good one and everyone loves from tier 8 and up.

I'd say it starts even earlier - I couldn't believe how much my tier5 P.43 bounced :) With frontal armour thicker than a KV1 and good angles, I trolled so many people.

8/10 I'm downtier when playing tier VII, thats why I just kept 3 and I never play them anymore lmao Sucks because I love a lot of tier VII vehicules...but just...MM...atrocious. Always against tier VIII. I don't see tier IX that often tho...I never see tier VI also...tier VIII all over the place. With the recent adding of premiums like Bourrasque or SkodaT56 that can OS you well...it's unplayable without impacting your fun. Yes you can camp...in a tank that is built to brawl...RIP T34-3 😢

I will never give up on P26/40 - having over 200 battles in it since i started wot in may alast year. the HE lost some of its "power" with patch 1.13 in july2021 but the pen of it still makes it work even against the tier5 and the tier6 when you know where to shoot at. not a derp gun, but a killer. with the mentioned patch make sure to have the AP with you and some of the heat too. for the following tanksit is kind of sad the loose this high HE pen. changing the heat to apcr is not a porblem as the loose of pen at longer distances is offset by the ability to defeat the spaced armor you will see in the higher tiers on some tanks

yes, sad thing about the little brother in tier 4. but i still love to play it as there are opportunities enough to go trolling with HE. but a good layout with standard AP and some Heat is a must nowadays. i go usually with 35AP, 35 HE (for the high tier situations) and the rest with HEAT. Would be nice if Skill give some of the tier4's a try here too

they nerfed it again??? Or are you refering to the HE nerf? I sold mine in a burst of rage, along with all my HE dependant tanks when that nerf came out. I'm slowly rebuying those but the wound is still painfull...WG r*ped a good portion of players just to satisfy a minority who were sick of 60TP spamming HE...they could have nerf the problematic tanks, instead they used them as an excuse to take away the budget loadout of F2P players hands...and playerbase agreed...because we were sick of T30/T95/60TP ruining the high tier experience...at what cost?

I can't stand this tanks grind. It never stops missing. Like several shots a game are kv2 level accuracy and I don't get it. With equipment and a good crew this gun won't stop missing. Its comical when the shot flies below the entire tank or hits the absolute worst rng accuracy.
