I'm having problem with gear change! It appears the range is from 34/11 up yo 34/34. When I am in 34/11 I'm not able to get much speed going downhill despite 120+ cadence. But then I noticed to the left of the 34 is a big ring, mine is on the smaller one. How do I get it to change up?

Good adjustment system, but very disappointing that such a sophisticated bike intended for hard workouts by cyclists has no fore and aft adjustment for the bars. This is a major shortcoming. Raising the bar moves it further away from the body and many shorter people will not accommodate this well. Moving the saddle to accommodate the reach is never an option -- it changes the balance of the rider. I hope TechnoGym will come up with a solution to this that can be retrofitted to this bike. I have ridden this bike and agree that it is silent and feels very solid.

Just got technogym in my apartment building. Most uncomfortable equipment I’ve ever used. It’s hot garbage.
