It seems to me that Yoru should be above Iso in this ranking list. And higher for the reason that his utility on the map for both sides will be much higher than Iso's. With varying success we can put Reyna in S-tier, if we consider the power of agents only in 1x1 duels. Yoru, thanks to his teleportation, can quickly move to help his teammates, move away from a dangerous position or get closer, and try to deceive his opponents with all his abilities. You can throw his flash in one direction and get out of the other. For the attackers side you can play as a lurker and create a triple presence effect through clone, flashes and firing sounds, so enemies can stay on one point and not have time to help defend another point. In ultimate, you can gather information on enemies and safely pick up a dropped Spike and teleport back. I used to be an active player on Omen, Brimstone, and Skye, but now I try to use only Yoru, which makes it easier to win and more often to be the top player in a match.

@@furencyy shes not.. Shes right now better than her pre buff.. She regenerates her high gear faster, the slide is faster, moving diagonally is faster, her stuns last longer.. I can name plenty.

Kayo is usually an agent that gathers information quickly with his knife but after that his kit is kinda avoidable

Kayo is good if you are only learning the game and if you are a high elo player. In the middle elo he is quite underwhelming tbh, players rarely use his flashes well, his nade is one of the worst in the game and his knife is often dodgeable or predictable

If your team need an agent that can stop 5 man push solo, Vyse is the best choice IMO, maybe Deadlock is also there. Her util combo is very powerful, but separated you need to be very smart and aware to get value. For example, on Abyss you can use all of ur util on site to just stop enemies entirely, winning time for your mates to rotate, but if the opposite team is playing map control, you might have wall and one vine to stop the lurker and flash on mid for peeks for example. Other sentinels have more variety on this department, but double sentinel comp like Cypher and Vyse or KJ and Vyse is insanely strong.

Lowkey as a neon main its not that bad.. it basically just limits you to have an intention and a purpose on using your slides/ult. And not just randomly use them without being punished. Essentially you just need to have a brain when playing neon now which I think is a balanced change.

@ Nice strawman, I know it is changing and yes none of those character should be S-tier anymore (except for maybe Killjoy) my issues are different than those one example being that I think in this current meta Yoru should be S-tier as he is more flexible than all the other duelists. A proficient sentinel player on other sentinels can buy you time. A proficient chamber player will get you result. His teleport is so good now that I really don’t want people to catch on in case riot nerfs him again.
