1. Deep smokes can be useful if you're versing certain agents. For example c long on haven a deeper smoke stop a phoenix from creeping up and pop flashing. Using deeper smokes also means you are able to hold more control of certain areas. As a controller main I find a smoke just on the edge of cubby c long on haven can be useful more omen mains as when you us paranoia they have less room to escape into the smoke but also mean they have to use a flash or some type of util to exit the deeper smoke. If you're vying a comp without a pop flash it can be better to use a shallow smoke so they have to clear the 50/50 harder but even the along as the smoke is deeper then blooming majority of the time the smoke is doing its job. 2. Angle advantage is a know concept but this is only a factor when SLOW clearing angles. But also when slow clearing angles most people don't understand that even if you are far away from a angle doesn't mean you are actually using angle advantage in YOUR favour. Again on c long for example if someone is playing backside behind default no matter how far you tuck back c long they still have angle as the corner that matters is the close c long corner when people are holding the angle. You should always change up ur peaks not stick to "only peak from far away" try and throw the enemies cross-hair placement out of whack. Sometimes slow peak close other times get real close to the corner and Ferrari peak. As you said the further away from a corner the slower you move so the same logic applies to YOU when your peaking. Moving back makes YOU an easier shot aswell. So always keep in mind that 1 peak is not the perfect way to peak. You have to read your enemy not just "this is the way you always peak"

The reloading thing i once we're obsessed with reloading with 29 bullets in wide open and then right after i finished someone jumped out of hookah and we all literally all whiffed all our bullets but that 1 bullet save when my team all say rotate i say rotate back ;) for omen rotate get spike can be expoited if there is a sage wall or 4 people standing over the spike hitbox to take then that can cancel omen ult

at 4:30 it really depends on how the enemy team is playing and what agents they have. if they have a skye, kayo, phoenix smoking deeper is at times better, these flash agents can pop flash while you sit there and look at a smoke, so smoking deeper means they have to go up further, flash and still travel a bit more to get out. read your enemy, try both to see how they deal with them.

100% majority of the videos are "this is how you do a smoke" or "this is how you peak" but in a game like this doing stuff always by the book is how people are able to read you and abuse it. Smoking deeper some rounds closer others it really depends on the team comp and how you wish to control the map. Smoking deeper also means you can control the lane. You still have that space your just trying to isolate and punish people trying to take that space. Smoking shallower can limit those options and also give the enemy more options to punish you. Many times I have been solo holding c and then the enemy pop flashes out and the enemy breaks up left and right now you have to deal with a flash and people coming from 2 angles. A deep flash means you can funnel people into a kill box. But it also means they don't have the clear the 50/50 and can focus solely on the fight with you. So again change things up don't simply use 1 smoke and only ever 1 smoke this is how enemy's will start to read you and abuse it.

Even using smokes that most people consider wrong can actually be useful. Do you have a economic disadvantage? using a smoke that blooms onto your side of a choke point can actually be every useful. Hide behind it with a stinger or a judge and you can isolate fights as they try to swing out of the blooming smoke to clear the 50/50. Using smokes like on A site assent to controll the switch on light buys is my favourite as most people think the smoke is stupid and b line to close the door catching people off guard. Means also you can hide in the smoke and if your sova/fade/cypher tag someone you can spam them and escape with a smoke that gives you control of tree.A true controller mains knows how to abuse smokes. If you have a light buy on attack for example using smokes in the middle of site may be bad with rifles but with a stinger or a bucks can again give you the opportunity to isolate a fight that you normally would get shut down from a longer angle a rifle would win giving you the chance of winning a round that statically should not be winnable. These videos are too basic and it's always the same nonsense again and again. It actually stop the community from changing and thinking "hey if I smoke here when they have an op can I shut it down" and instead it's like "if you don't smoke like this every round we are going to lose"

@@DangerossIsHere well said my friend, i really dislike how channels like these always say "you're doing this wrong, do this instead" and most of the time its just nonsense stuff, sure some of it you can learn a little from, but you just cant always "do this instead" cus its just too predictable at times. its just super important to have n an open mind instead of playing by the book. if you just play braindead and by the book you'll never learn anything cus all you say to yourself is "how did i lose this when i did what im supposed to" all that kind of nonsense. read your enemy, and also, practice is key. try out different stuff in different matches to see what an enemy player does when you place certain smokes, afterall everyone plays their way, so the best thing to do is to understand your opponent.

ive joined Valorant just a few months back and im stuck in low elo,there are many problems i know ill be able to work on and improve but one thing i cant never place my finger on is when the game gives me players at lvl 1-40 hitting shots that are just unreal, its like happening every 2 matches, ill meet someone that just dominates the whole team out of nowhere and honestly, its getting really tiring and infuriating to play with. The kill difference from such players is usually twice the amount of the second-best player. Its crazy, it feels so unplayable since the whole team will be wiped or spend to much bodies to kill that one guy that we cant win the round, it feels so unfair

all of this is personal improvement, which is actually important and good, ngl i follow this and i can say i do play a bit better then before but, In solo q, the amount of IQ of the teammates i get, is below 0 altogether. Communicate? what's that,. Heck they dont even mic option open/not even chat, dont even know how to chat. while the opponents are 5 stacks, calls out everything, when u as the player in solo q tries to become a leader and make ur team improve to win, U get blamed and flamed for the calls going wrong, It becomes ur fault, U told us to do that, it didnt worked, bla bla bla, So moral of the story, Get some friends to play in 5 stacks and enjoy. win or lose, You aint gonna get that Emotional Damage from solo q

You need to communicate anyway so you can build up the skills. Even if 3 teammates aren't listening in low elo, there's a chance 1 is, and if you don't bother then you'll never improve. Communicating regardless is also good because it gets you more focused on the actual game, and what you should be doing. It prevents you from auto-piloting, and it allows you to actually attempt to create plans with your teammates. Even if everyone has you muted, it's still worth communicating. You can't build the skills if you don't try.

It may be done on purpose since when clutching you can reveal your location by reloading and enemies peeking you during the reload

he wasn't clutching he had me and the whole team and we haven't pushed into site yet he was just in mid then ran away to us at B site then i died and by the time he got to the team my team carried the round but then 1 enemy clutched up and killed everyone left then i spectated that guy then saw he had 2 ammo then he shot him missed then reloaded mid fight then died i was gonna tell him but he ded by the time i tried to tell him because the enemy killed my teammate then walked into site to defuse then found my teammate that had 2 ammo left then my teammate missed and you know what i said just 2 seconds ago
