This song does sum the problem up pretty well too. I've had severe clinical anxiety for almost seven years, and severe clinical depression off and on for about five. If your disorder is phobia-oriented like mine is, remember not to fight the fear - accept it. That is what my CBT therapist tells me. And if you have an attack, log it and come up with a more logical explanation. The process of writing it down and replacing emotional, illogical thoughts with logical ones helps. Anyway good song!

The reason it sounds different is because this "iTunes session" version is in a lower key to the album version. Also I think they recorded this live as the drums sound different and there are less guitar tracks
