Ice shinou team in a nutshell: *shing shing shing* dodge ZERO TIME *shing shing shing* S3 S2 *shing shing shing* S1 (the shing shing shing are the combined sounds of Mitsuha's swordwaves and Izanami's normal attacks) Thanks for the guide as usual! I'm liking her so far but she does move around a bit too much, which may be a headache when dealing with mobs. Certainly more fun than Jinwu though, who is just braindead to play if you don't have her sig. Anyways, great tip for the yellow dots indicating whether the enemy is CC-able or not. I'm a day 1 player and I didn't know this, though I did notice that enemies would only get staggered around 3 times in a row before becoming immune.

The stagger bar is actually a blue bar known as armor break, where you will see them getting staggered before the bar fills up again. The yellow dots are for things like freeze. And yea I never noticed until that kusherfang pc6 that there were CC limits lol

Thanks for this wonderful guide. I use Izanami with both Mitsuha and S Poseidon, for full ice team/freeze. Posei deals that extra damage while mitsuha(also deals dmg) supports both S Posei and Izanami. It works well, so S Hera is really optional, but she will work too. She does her own damage. Anyways, yeah. My ice team works surprisingly well. Bye now.

I like to use Savage, fits my playstyle better. Usually i take a couple hits before starting to shred the enemies, my phone isnt the best so it tends to get really laggy while in battle

thanks for the guide, been waiting for this xdd I'm still most likely gonna go after her sig functor over Mitsuha's, but if I can get both early then I might get Mitsuha's as well on another note, who do you think I should pick for the selector? I have most of the important mods, so I'm currently choosing between... I guess Athena and Tsukuyomi, mostly for the synchro buffs I was also considering Meng Zhang since I don't have him, but I feel like the syncro buffs might be more important I was originally just gonna go for Athena since I wanted to use her with Thoth/Sekhmet team in the future, but the livestream made me think that we're possibly gonna get S Buzenbo first before the other mods are released. Is it worth buffing S Tsukuyomi for her syncro to prepare for S Buzenbo team or should I just go for Athena? (I've also seen how insanely good Athena gets when she gets her buffs)

since you likely have hera and ling tsuki is a good choice the buff is very solid and you 'll be ready for s buzenbo. athena would be good to have but just for fun waiting of thoth is the right call there.

@@SkillOp hey i hope you dont mind if i ask again but i have a question regarding the combo: i can perfectly do it up to the fully amped skill 2, but when it comes to trying to cast the derivative version of skill 1, which I assume should go like: basic atk till 3rd sequence > dodge > basic atk > derivative skill 1 right? but i never see s1 light up, what am i doing wrong?

its basic attack up to the third sequence [ no dodge ] just skill 1. as long as you don't go pass the third sequence both skill 1 and skill 2 derivatives will become available if they are off cooldown should be active briefly. @@roxasfrost3593

from what ive seen all freeze status regardless of what character its from will affect the target in the same way. Poseidon's freeze effect is limited by her skills CD, energy and the enemies resistance meter. izanami on the other hand can freeze using using her basic attacks and uses no resources to do so, if shes fighting enemies with no cc resistance meter she can keep them pretty much perma freeze. while using yellow code she also wont raise the enemies cc meter if she inflict her freeze on top of a teammates freeze so they can keep a higher up time on the effect. for red code, there are a hand full of people that doesn't like her play style and will likely run skadi or Poseidon as the main. for the 5 and 6 slots on warps i don't think its worth it because after triggering the counter skill 3 has a 20 second cooldown so boosting other aspect of her kit makes more sense.

use ice Poseidon for now she'll apply a crazy amount of freeze and have ice shred in her kit. its just not worth summoning of using your selector specifically for okuni since she's a standard banner unit.

ling works fairly well, hera feels more consistent since i run free to play units but you can keep about the same damage output from buff and like will provide more survivability on top of her damage buff. i have a f2p video showcasing her with ling and hera and their damage is pretty much the same so no real issue on running ling for now if she's not taken by jin wu. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nabOeJiJlJKpb6s

Mitsuha is the best support for her.....S Hera or Ling will still boost her damage, but they will be nowhere near Mitsuha support

if you want to use Ling for other elements besides fire, just use red code on her. she only becomes exclusive to fire as a support if you use the blue code

Unrelated question but, is it possible to play as just one character in the game? I haven't really tried, but having two ai characters alongside my character makes the game lag like a mf lol, are two extra characters really needed during fights? (Also annoying cuz i barley get to use my ultimate before the battles are over)

yup you can remove the extra teammates and just run 1 character you can also lower their ability effects in the settings.

Mitsuha left me super broke(as in hard pity 140/140 for the mod and 70 on functor), i dont even have enough ss to 90 pity izanami but will if i count the anni summoning tickets and ss given after maint so no izanami ex functor for me :(

oof ideal you want to save getting functors until after getting the characters you need since you can get them at any time but in this case its not that bad izanami does quite well even without her functor and getting mitsuha's first was the right call but you can still get her functor when ever so if you need it later its not a problem.

I'd get linguang or another meta unit you could use on your Hades team. For example in your situation hel would be a nice choice as her ult will boost Hades dark DMG plus she's pretty good in general. Also Mitsuha plus Hera is THE best support team for Izanami so just grab Hel for your Hades team cus Izanami, Mitsuha,SHera> Any other team with SHera👌🏽

they are in the even shop. from the main lobby, click on the karasugo imbroglio banner in the bottom right of the screen. from here click on karasugo strange tales, in the bottom left you should see something that says "intelligence hub" click that and you'll see the see the set along with other freebies you can get. if you don't the event currency just go back a page and click on "go" complete the 3 missions you see on screen and they will give you enough to get the set.
