If you ain't boxing you ain't a boxer you may be really good at shadowboxing bagwork and even hitting pads the only way you learn how to really land and take and slip punches is by sparring. I thought I was good too until I spared and had a hard time landing punches.

My favourite style to box but as the love for my team I’ll let you in to a little secret, if you find your self boxing a pure counter puncher who seems to be turning your offence against you try fainting before delivering your punch or doubling, trippleing up and combinations as they will be harder to time always remember single shots against a counter puncher are suicide as he will time them easy turning them against you ❤️🥊❤️🙏🏾⚔️🛡️love coaching but hate giving away the secrets, love hate

No not we. Just u. We like real fighters not LV sideshow attractions. It's ez to win when you get theroputic use exemptions for ure pedz, never get points taken for holding, bending below the waist, and are credited defense for balling up on the ropes, cuz u got the ref, judges, and net works all rigging for u. No we don't want to see any more of that gay shit. Only u do.
