One way is to take AWS certifications to start with associate level. But suggest you do graduation or engineering CS to build a strong foundation and later can do skill based courses

basically cloud computing base skills are sys admin or OS admin and Networking. to understand Sys admin, its good to learn all about linux since this operating system is mostly used in cloud servers. CCNA will give networking basics. so learning both is equally good. you can very well prioritize the order. hope this is helpful.
