If you're unsure whether this method works, let me share my experience. I recently took the IELTS on a computer, and Writing was always my weakest section-I consistently scored a 6 despite my efforts. The feedback was always the same: limited lexical resource and lack of cohesion. But after following these templates, I managed to reach a 7 without much extra effort. Many say improving even by half a band in IELTS Writing is tough and I think its true, but with this approach, it wasn't as hard as I thought. I faced a difficulty during due to the topic as I wasnt able to generate much ideason it in my final exam, but still the template helped me score a 7.(specifically if you want to improve and have less time then these templates are the best) So, if you're struggling with Writing, give this a try. If you're confident that you are really good at writing only then you might do even better on your own.

@pareshp122 I didn't follow a particular template for task1 but I read and practiced the task1 from ielts liz read many examples there
