FRAC and UNIDOS invite you to learn about the impact that Skimming has had on SNAP recipients. This past year, states have seen a dramatic increase in benefits being stolen electronically through “skimming” and phishing crimes.
Join us to learn about what advocates are doing across the country in outreach, reimbursement, and working with their SNAP agency. We will also learn best practices in working with underrepresented communities in doing this work.
