If you are yearning for something out of the home, then go for it! When my kids are older I plan on going back to teaching because I love it and miss it so much! Of course I am so grateful and blessed that I am able to be home with my kids, but I look forward to the day I don’t need to be home all the time.

I was having terrible headaches and my dentist suggested a device called an NTI. It's basically a mouth guard but it's only on my two front teeth. It doesn't allow you to grind or clench your jaw and it made a HUGE difference in my headaches! I can't sleep without it now.

Definitely check into green beauty brands, maybe they'd offer better hydration :) Am happy you're giving Tretinoin a try as well! That'll likely cause a lot of dryness and/or peeling overtime since it's ongoingly exfoliating the skin's cells (helps to be applied after a hydrating emollient moisturizer ie). I personally think Eucerin's original healing lotion is worth a try, it's a very rich emollient-like texture & not many people are into that but it'll settle/dry into the skin quickly, and it's amazing at hydrating (kind of similar to vaseline but better because it's a moisturizer). Concealers worth looking into are RMS Beauty's Un-coverup concealer and/or even Fitglow Beauty has interesting concealers. ♥️ These sit-down videos from you are always lovely, may you never forget how appreciated you are! it sounds like you need a good eye cream, i highly recommend the keihls creamy avocado eye cream, its saved my undereyes so i can use any concealer there!

What a sweet video. It's fun to see what skin care and makeup products you are enjoying right now! I'm pretty sure I'll have wrinkles from sleeping on my side though lol! I love the squished up face too much! I know it's so one sided, but I enjoy the rambling videos. I too have a lot of dreams on my heart, and my desire is to have a store that sells refinished furniture, custom built furniture, decor, sign making, arts and crafts, and even a coffee house.. It's on my husbands heart too, but I don't think it's for right now. Which is okay. God has the perfect time for everything and for right now, I am to be at home, and homeschool my daughter, and enjoy our country life. God is so good, and I'm okay with waiting.. Find peace in the waiting, even if it's only for a month, find joy in it. I know God has amazing things for you Kayli!

you should check out the skincare company Alder New York! They're ingredients are all superrr clean and natural. I literally can't use anything else because this is the only brand that doesn't break me out haha. You should check them out :) Also don't use mlm brands like doterra, or people that put doterra oils in their products, they're really not good for your like people assume :/ I used to live in the suburbs and it makes me cringe how everyone in them falls for that bullshit

I use to clinch my jaw long ago and then they called it TMJ. Had to sleep with a mouth piece.

Same! I wear a night guard at night and it not only has helped my jaw but has helped protect my teeth. I love it! I would suggest not using the over the counter ones at the store bc those have been known to get loose and move when you’re sleeping (choking hazard, scary!). Definitely consider following up with your dentist for a custom mouth guard.
