Omg i recently started taking collagen. I have the powder ans put it i. My coffee it has no taste. BUT i bought it for a different reason. I had braids in my hair A few months ago and when I took them out I don't know what the lady used to put the brains in but chunks of my hair came. Out and I was devastated.so I did research because I was gonna. Take strictly by attend and then I found out that college in is actually better for your hair skin and nails. My nails had also been peeling a lot naive always had strong nails so far. I've been taken in for about. I think I'm on my third can so maybe 3 months my nails definitely are getting better and my hair is thicker. 07:05
