Loved all the information but I feel like this left me so confused? He said a lot of what we shouldn’t do, but didn’t really follow up with what we should be doing? As long as we drink enough water we shouldn’t use moisturizer on our skin?? I’m just so confused. 😂😂

Hi Leah, I was so excited and I ordered all the truth treatment products. I have been using vitamin a tret for years at the highest strength and my skin is extremely used to it, never peel get red or irritated so I thought it would be a great idea to try the 5% retinol gel from truth treatments. Unfortunately my experience with this product was not very nice. I applied it as recommended and it just felt like thick Vaseline sitting on my skin, it never penetrated into my skin and the next morning I woke up and I was like a greaseball with a white head pimples from all the grease. Any advice on how I could use this product so it would penetrate into my skin without leaving me greasy and oily?

Oh no! It definitely shouldn’t feel oily after massaged into the skin. How much product are you using and mist? Are you massaging and are you using anything else topically before it?

Absolutely! Many people do. The mist can be used in place of Osmosis Mist and the TT balm can go on top of your Osmosis serums. Beautiful routine and dynamic results
