Who immediately stopped this video and went to put their BFF and BFF DEstress on when Trinny reminded us all how and why they’re such fantastic products .. 🙋🏻♀️ I’m home on a gloomy Sunday so my skin is clean and moisturized but no makeup on, watching this vid on my phone... but now my skin feels delicious and protected 🥰💛 Totally agree Vit C has really changed my skin for the better, years basking in the Texas sun, skipping down the path of life, and two times fighting breast cancer left my skin incredibly splotchy and uneven.. currently using c and ferulic after a salicylic acid face wash .. phenomenal results

Using the following: Skinceuticals - CE Ferulic, Medik8 - Super C30, Lixirskin-Vitamin C paste, Dr Sebagh - Vitamin C Powder Cream, Allies of Skin - Collagen Rebuilding Serum (thankfully my US buddies sent me this as it is 35% and not available in EU/UK) and DCL - C Scape High Potency. Sometimes Obagi - Professional C serum

I need to start a proper routine - would you recommend a deep facial/peel to start and begin on a "fresh" face

Hey Trinny, is there a way that I can thicken my skin?

I use a food grade vitamin c powder from Amazon mixed in with Thank You Farmer SPF. It's only temporary that I use that because The Ordinary hadn't got any in stock, but it's really made my skin look incredible and glowing

Thank you Trinny I’m now knowledgeably confused about VC Serums and Acid Peels. Would you happen to know if I can use the Murad Replenishing Multi Acid Peel, on a different night to the Alpha H Beauty Sleep Power Peel, or is this too much? I’m a young 60 year old. I have medium to dry skin - with sun spots around the sides of my face. I’d really like to obliterate them. I’m using the Derma Roller and have noticed a distinct improvement since you recommended using it in a ‘Ted Talk’ on said device about six to eight months ago. I am also conflicted about which VC to buy. Can I get away with The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid Solution, 30 Mil or do I really get a significant benefit from using the MediK8 Métra Intense 🤕🤑. VITAMIN B Serum: I use the Aesthetics RX brand. I have no idea if it’s working. I don’t use the same serums each morning and night. I’m not sure what I should be doing and in what order. I can say that my skin has been transformed since adopting a regime of cleansing morning and night and following with my Serums. I have to say the best result I’ve seen on my skin has been achieved from using your BFF. Now eagerly awaiting receipt of my de stress ( it’s at the Post Office waiting to be collected 👏). Thank you so much for playing a significant role in rejuvenating my skin. 💟🌻💜🌼

I use the 8% ordinary vit c as everything else burned or caused break outs. I am slowly going to work my way up. This was the first vit c I could tolerate and I have seen great results even though percentage is lower.

Is retinol ok for ours eyes???
@abhiramivelu82254 жыл бұрын
YES, I used to be able to eat pasta, chocolate without my body reacting (bloating, skin changes). Unless I stick to salads and avocados I end up gaining a lot of weight and skin looking dry, unhealthy.

I have type A+ 🩸 blood, so I am not supposed to eat much meat, and funnily I could easily live without meat. However, I do eat some meat, because my husband has type O- blood, so he is a true meat eater.
