You can use the spoons every day. Keep them moving on your face and no longer than 10 minutes will suffice. Or use a cloth dipped in cold water and press into face. - Georgia Louise

Hey Karlie, taking the opportunity of maybe being answer. I would like to ask to Georgia, How can I get rid of acne marks? I never had acne, until I started developing sun intolerance allergies. Due to that now I have some acne marks. And I hate them, cause I feel my skin is much better but my marks ruin it so when I ever I wanna look nice I need to use makeup, which I love but wish I can be without it. What can I do? I´m really suffering. SOS, help! Looking forward to be some day like both of you. Lots of love from Mexico.

Answer from Georgia: 1st step is SPF everyday and reapply every two hours if outside all day. Without this, your skin will only pigment more and spots will darken. Use a daily exfoliant like Biologique Recherche P50. Have a series of professional peels done by your trusted esthetician. Use an at-home peel kit like Environ At Home Peel Kit 1 and or 2. A series of Derma needling treatments will help with acne scars.

I really like doing the ice thing because it tightens your face. But the downside is that it makes your lips tighter (like your face) taking away the plumpness. 🤭😱But if you don’t care about your lips do what you do 👏🏼😇

Love the idea of using a mask for cleansing. Though I follow Salma Hayeks cleansing routine and that's thoroughly cleanse in the evening and all you need in the morning is to splash your face with water, the ice bath would be perfect, or use a face wipe. It does save loads of time but if I has loads of time I'd definitely use a moisturising mask. Thanks beautiful ladies 😘 😘

Don’t have time to cleanse but you have time for a mask and ice water lol. I use noxzema ONLY! And my skin is the best it’s ever been! I don’t wear makeup but it works as a makeup remover and has both acne medication and moisturizer in the cream itself so I don’t use anything else. It’s my holy grail.
