Here are some testimonials and pictures sent from my #DrJudy subscribers who followed the advice they saw in my videos and saw their skin improve.
๐ The only thing that changed was their skin care routine.
I was overwhelmed with gratitude, so I wanted to share it with all of you through this video. ๐๐ผ
If you go on a โDetoxโ from the harsh skin care products that are โToxicโ to you skin and start following an evidence based skin care routine that fits your skin type, then anyone can finally have that healthy and glowing skin they always wanted.
Thatโs why I named my skin care method #SkincareDETOX
๐ Remember though, in real life, if too much โToxinsโ get into your body, you have to go see the doctor.
Likewise, if youโve been using harsh skin care products for too long or if youโre dermatitis is too severe, changing your skin care routine just might not cut it since your skin wonโt be able to regenerate as it should.
Also, maybe you have that weak skin barrier that comes with atopic dermatitis as in my case or maybe you have some other condition such as seborrheic dermatitis or rosacea. If thatโs the case, then make sure you see your physician.

As a board certified dermatologist in Korea, Ive met so many young patients who get breakouts after blindly following wrong skincare information on social media. That is one of the top reasons why I started my youtube channel and uploading videos regularly, even though this process is quite demanding as a doctor who have to see many patients a day.
Also, Ive been suffering from ๐จ atopic dermatitis and eczema, since I was a baby. So my skincare videos could be helpful for those with extremely SENSITIVE & DRY SKIN like mine.
I wanna share evidence-based (science-based) skin care tips to you after reading reliable articles and books written by famous dermatologists over the world.
However, Your skin is unique in the world. Your skincare routines should be based on your skin type, present condition and weather (where you live).
I really hope my dermatology knowledge would be helpful for you to find your own skincare.
