The fact is he’s gained muscle to be at 205, his body completely dried out of almost all water is 205 pounds, he would have to lose 20 pounds of muscle to be able to get back down to 185, starving yourself to lose 20 pounds of muscle and then still doing a water cut to hit 185 would literally kill him

Abs tight hands up. To attack the body you need time to swell the impact, like 10 rounds in Boxing to slow you down or till the 5 round in MMA. Like throw your leg licks in the first round, than the leg swells in the 5 round, 24 minutes later, but Dricus keeps his hands up so that he blocks punches by mistake 😂

I've been following his career since he was a teenager. People don't know beside being a good kickboxer, he is a wrestler and does compete in BJJ as well.
