Great presentation! I had a patient recently who noticed a slightly more pronounced epicanthic fold upper lid right eye. she had 3 2 unit fan shaped rx of crows feet, 2 2unit injections each orbicularis oculi mm one 1 cm above mid eyebrow an other 1 cm above medial most site of eyebrow. she had 6 staggered 2 unit injections on frontalis MM; as she had virtually no 11 lines or wrinking with frown therefore I did not inject glabellar MM in midline. Txs for help

When injecting the mid corrugator, how deep is the injection? Same as the head or should it be superficial like the lateral injection?

Thank for the very informative video! I started to lose confidence in Botox, i gives me bright beautiful eyes for the first week (while suffering a horrible head ache(I never get head aches in general)) Then after the 2 week check up boom heavy angry saggy eyes as though iv had a stoke , in both eyes but more in one! From two different practitioners. Iv tried a new lady who only infected crows feet, in between the brows and just above the first part of the brow. I had the head ache and my eyes still look beautiful I hope it stays that way

Sounds like what I just had done to avoid the dropping effect/heaviness: between eyebrows, crows feet and then under the tail of each brow. It was done quite hastily by a plastic surgeon so I hope it was done with some kind of thought in mind! All of the KZbin videos I've watched do not mention these 3 specific injection sites...

Two different injectors managed to make my right eye drop, both highly experienced, maybe I have a weak muscle in that side ?

Dr Tim I hope you aee this and comment. I watched this video enthusiastically when i saw Ptosis. My face has been super asymmetrical for 14 mos and i just realuzed why as i got DX of eyelid Ptosis by an eye surgeon. I've had the botoxx shots for migraines 3 times now and the pattern is right to the eyebrow, where experts say not to inject. I'll have my pain Dr not inhect in the lower third of forehead anymore. We've waited 13 weeks and eyelid didn't improve much so now im scheduled for eyelid surgery. I had hoped you had more advise than UpNeeq, as i have that too, and it helps some. My tets show my eyelid droop is 3 mil. You stated doing eye exercises, but not how or what. The only prognosis you said for eyelid droop was the drops. Is that because if it is caused by Botuxx it WILL get better? I just don't think mine is coincidence that my eyelid breaks at the same time I got Botoxx shots in a line down both sides of my forehead. I'm just worried I won't get better and will have to have the procedure. You didn't mention a small surgical procedure to fix it? I am still hoping mine will resolve.... but alas I'm worried it will require surgery. Should they all resolve if botoxx induced? I must be the 1 in 10,000 you mention?? And I did get fox eyes 2 years ago. I've wondered if that could cause Ptosis ?

I got botox last week and my eyebrows aren't arched anymore. They're just straight. Like male brows. The eyelids are swollen, like I'm recently woke up and slept bad. My eyebrows are heavy as well. Such a headache. I look mad, sad and tired 😭😭 what can I do??? Please
@Av_knows3 ай бұрын
I am dealing with this on day 6 after Botox. I look terrible. I’m out of sorts and feel devastated by this. My eyebrows too had a nice arch. If you get this can you please tell me when I can expect mine to rise and go back to normal? I’m never doing this ever again.

You will go back to normal just give it 2 months, even before then it should start letting up. Do not massage the area. You should join the facebook group, botox dysport side effects. Not to scare you just so you are aware because people dont know it can mess you up and make you ill. You will look normal before you know it 💜

@@thatladylike yeah it never went away my eyes are puffy and still itchy and swollen over a year later and my brows are low, I’m waiting to see a specialist. I was totally normal before injections so I know they caused it :( also she put too much in my forehead so the muscles are all messed up. I’m going to start consulting with plastic surgeons.
