Dustin evolved over the years by training with the best of the best in American Top Team. Conor trains on his own which limits his ability to evolve as the sport evolves. That constant competition forces you to strengthen your weaknesses, while Conor's ego leads him to only see his strengths. It takes humility to get better. If Conor joins a fight camp, that may help him to work on the weaknesses in his game. Dustin seems to have developed superior skills in every aspect-- standing and on the ground. He can literally choose how he wants to finish him. Not to mention Dustin has unmatched heart and will to go with it. Conor actually has people following him around to hand him a drink, ear buds, towel, etc. Maybe he needs people around him that are willing to challenge him and push him to the next level, but I don't think his ego will allow for that. He will surround himself with yes men

A big thing people forget to point out is the first fight was at 145 and for a guy the walks around at 185+ that was huge depletion on his body fighting at 155 is much more better for Dustin,that with the fact that he’s improved soo much and Conor has stay stagnant skillwise the past couple years is starting to show clearly now 😩

I highly disagree with both Skip and Shannon's reasoning throughout the video. 1st off, Poirier did not get out of the guillotine easy. He cheated. He hooked his toes on cage which helped him slide out. That is illegal. This is taken from Michael Chandler himself: Next up, you can't just say because Conor lost the 1st round, he would have had no chance going forward. If you look at the Chandler Oliviera fight, Chandler won the first round real good. Next thing you know, Charles quickly catches Mike in the next round knocking him out. Imagine if Oliviera broke his foot at the end of the 1st round. What would have people said then? Because of that, can we give Conor the benefit of the doubt? That maybe Conor could have stopped dustin in the next round or at least done better the next round?
