Hi dear friend, you look absolutely fabulous, and so nice that Sephora partnered with you, congrats!!!!!🤩🤩🎉🎉🤩🤩🎉🎉No Sephora here in The Netherlands, but love to learn from you, always!!! About this Hourglass foundation, i also find it dry, prep extra or mix it with a more dewy foundation. A love much more my Chantecaille, Cle de Peau and Macrene foundations i must say. And some others. But that shade range of Hourglass foundaton, i purchased 6.5 in summer, i thought, good, well, i love 1 shade deeper but now it's to deep of course. I thought maybe i buy shade 4.5 but than i see KZbinrs with very light skin, what's it called, fair? Anyway they have shade 5......do you get it? I don't. But the best work they did is creating that Tiger palette of course, i also have it, not used, did not dare to take it to Rome and covid when coming back. But i take it with me during the break here in our forrest area here in NL next week, first shade in this gorgeous palette is great bronze/contour shade for me, when applying very carefully with a squirrel brush, the rest is eyeshadow, but i love the formula for eyeshadow, and the main reason i bought this, is that they finally delivered there for people with gorgeous deeper complexions as you know. And bought the elephant of course, as i have such passion for elephants, but i understood it does not matter which animal you buy, the profit goes to all animals if i'm correct. I want freedom for caged animals, especially in the USA, people keep to many tigers as pets, and in the Far East the poor elephants also suffer still, so stressed, working the whole day, carrying wood, or riding people with 5 kg steel chairs on their bags the entire day, no rest, it's heartbreaking. I'm happy that Hourglass anyway goes for freedom for the animals, and i hope more brands/companies do, because the beauty industry makes lots and lots of money of course, Chels. Personally I have oily skin and I didn’t like the haus labs that much, I felt it was left brush streaks on my face and when I went over it, it took some of my coverage away. Again though I have oily skin so maybe dry skin people would like it better. I’m more interested in the Danessa Myricks balm

I'm torn between the Huda, ABH, and ND Dream palettes 😩 And still waiting for Mother Pat's holiday mattrance lippies to drop (they've been "coming soon" for a month! 😖). My Pat concealer is done - I'm literally scraping the sides of the tube 🤣 so I may replace or try Sephora brand. And hoping the LYS mini blushes aren't sold out by the time VIBs get to shop. Aww thank you! And yes to the Balm Powder! For my cream blushes, I love the LYS Beauty foundation brush, Rose and Ben C41 brush, and Rephr 17 brush are just a few of my faves. I prefer any brush that is more dense and has a flatter surface area to blend my cream blushes.

Hi Carla! Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t. If I do set with powder, it’s a very light layer of powder.

@@Ctaylormakeup NOT AT ALL! It controls oil but does not make you look flat and matte. I apply a hydrating primer before using the balm powder when I’m going to wear it by itself since my skin is more normal (sometimes drier). I love using her yummy glow serum and oil before applying it straight to my face. Take a look at my IG or Tik Tok (Glamgirlchelsea) and you can see all the ways I’ve used it. 😊

Chelsea I love to see you with your hair braided. Why does Charlotte Tilbury try to play us darker skin girls? How does that face palette cater to my deer skin? Medium to deep nothing! Charlotte behaves like Hourglass when it comes to face palettes.
