Wow they were in North Las Vegas just before most the gangs got established there. The area where Skipp was is now “A Town”home of the ABMs (Anybody’s Murderer). While Skipp was there the closest gang besides the Mexicans was the Donna st Crips and they were 2 miles away. I was too young to notice Skipp but it seems like literally after him , the ABMs and a couple Whites streets and Donna streets filled that void .The area was still a heavy market and then they all got busted.The rolling 60s we’re the first though and Las Vegas has a heavy 60s legacy although they don’t really function and even beef.
