My favorite shampoo and conditioner is Love Beauty and Plant. Every single one is amazing and it smells so good and Your hair won’t get greasy after using it. I wash my hair with it only twice a week. And it’s not that expensive per bottle and you don’t need a lot of it. And it’s at all drugstores

don't wash your hair everyday, it will damage your hair, I use coconut oil to moisturize my hair and it helps it grow, all natural organic coconut oil its like $3 at target, and I was my hair like 2X a week I have wash days, and the days that I don't wash my hair, I just detangle it and make sure its not knotted. I don't put any harsh chemicals in it. I love you Caiti and I hope this works for you.

I’m not sure about super good brands of shampoo and conditioner but I’ve been using Native and personally really like it! It’s around $9 for each bottle but they last a while in my opinion. Love the vlogs Caiti- keep it up!!

I’m not sure what shampoo and conditioner you should use but what I’ve been doing is when I put in my shampoo and conditioner I tilt my head over and that helps with hair growth. I’ve been doing this for about 2 months now and I can tell a difference. Hope this helps.❤️

thread wallets has good ones, you can just get a thick elastic band thing with a key chain attachment and stick all your cards in it! For shampoo and conditioner I use Aveeno and their shampoo and conditioner smells so good. The blackberry quinoa (I think its called) is my favorite.

one thing that can help your hair, is don’t wash it everyday. i used to wash it every day, i stoped doing that about a year ago, and my hair had been so much better! Also, the best shampoo and conditioner is TRESemmé, you hair will stay clean longer and will grow, not have knots, etc. I love your videos so much caiti!! ❤️

(if your seeing this lol.) okay so basically i had the exact same issue you had because i literally could not find a good shampoo and conditioner that was cheap. and my hair was sooooo soooo greasy!!! but then my friend recommended to me Maui. and OH MY FREAKING GOSH it worked so well. my clean hair lasted 4 days before it got greasy and its my favorite shampoo ever!! its only 6 dollars and u can get it at walmart, target etc! also there are tons and TONS of different kinds. they have one for dry hair, oily hair, curly hair, damaged hair, and its soo cool! I use the Hibiscus Water shampoo! its pink and it works for all hair types! lmk if you try! lol, i highly recommend!
