the last 2 floors were basically made up difficulties called "death" and "slamo" because the only sc difficulty at the time was GODSPEED (terrifying), and these made up difficulties just happened to have the same colors as catastrophic and nil today

insane and extreme aren't here because they didn't exist at the time and terrifying (known as godspeed at the time) was the only sc, it near made up two difficulties and they're now cata and nil the platforms are because this is in a seperate place that todc:c didn't originally come from
