Jarod McDonald yes but if the ball hits the yellow thing it means it would go in. By hitting it, it makes it go in directions it wouldn’t usually go, because it would be a made basket.if the ball hits it and goes to, say, you could rebound it at the ft line, it’s not training you for anything. Because the ball would have normally gone in, but it bounces to an irregular spot.
