HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
- Set up 4 Mini Cones in a box pattern 5 yards apart.
- Connect a Recoil 360 so that you start in between 2 of the cones.
- As quickly as you can run around the first cone and then get back to your start position.
- Continue running around each of the cones one at a time.
