Different people different tastes, some want refinement some want performance. Hyundai has no match in refinement and Skoda has no contender for performance. Both of these are good but Hyundai's naturally aspirated is way more reliable than turbo engines.

I have polo 2020 TSI 1.0. The engine is good while driving alone, but when you have 4-5 people in the car(which is very out of the way in a polo) the engine is just always screaming and not moving whatsoever. The front tyres start to skid, the engine is just screaming and it doesn't have that pull compared to when you're alone.

I feel Tata and Mahindra have pulled their best in providing cometitive pricing cars and SUVs. Look at leaders of these european comanies (Mr.Boparai) joining Mahindra. He was key in getting skoda 2.0 into indian market and now with Mahindra. In near future, Tata, Mahindra and Maruti (in partnership with Toyota) will get best value for money (and high quality and safety) cars to Indian consumers. Will weigh in on these three cars more in future compare to american, korean and european cars.

Fit and finish, paint quality and panel gaps are actually excellent on the outside and mixed bag inside. 4. Value for money comes from safety, ride and handling, braking which are excellent 5. Infotainment is good 6. You forgot engine which is just mind boggling for 999cc engine
