I'm sure that much of this applies to the 2022 Karoq too. I have just taken delivery of a SE-L 1.5 TSI 150PS. The only extras I have specified are a spare wheel and mudflaps all round. The digital displays are however a little different. I have a virtual display in front to the steering wheel as against the multi-dot on your video. I am playing with the navigation at the moment. I have Kessy and I don't see at the moment how to spend time playing with the Infotainment system without turning the engine on. Is there any video yet for the 2022 update?

Do not press the brake pedal when you push the start button. Then there will be power on your display etc. No engine start .
@Barney295088 ай бұрын
You left off the left most button on the bottom array. This turns off the stop/start. Essential to me as I prefer to leave my engine running when stationary. I have lost count of the number of times I've stalled and panicked when trying to restart the engine. It's more trouble than it's worth.

Great Video but I have the Edition trim and the Columbus infotainment screen is different please can you do another video of that system as its completely different on the sat nav screen and also has no SD card slot for updating the maps?
@how222sguides63 жыл бұрын
Hello Roger, please subscribe to this channel, when i get time i will sort out a video on the Columbus system. also for updated, this is from the manual Updating the navigation database Information for updating the navigation database must be requested from a ŠKODA partner - to taking in for service and ask for the service advisor to check

I have a 21 plate Edition and the Columbus system has no knobs, no menu on the right hand side, In sat nav mode the additional icons do not appear when you touch the screen, the car has no SD card holder. The steering wheel has silver scroll wheels that you can also push. Think the map updates automatically but not sure. There is also a pull down screen from the top. Not sure which icon starts a new route as its different to the above video.

I'm in agreement with you guys. I hate it guys when someone uses the word guys too much. You notice it a lot with waiters/waitresses, have you noticed guys? 🤨

"Sport" setting does not affect the suspension on a standard SEL. It firms up the steering feel and puts the gearbox in Sport mode, which doesn't "make the car faster" it merely holds the car in gear longer. In normal mode, if you floor the accelerator it'll do the same thing.

I noticed that the fuel tank is almost empty. Are your vehicles supplied with a full tank or an empty tank at handover ?

I'm still struggling with the Virtual Dashboard in my SEL and cannot always get the menu to work. Any chance of another Video on that please as I find the owners manual very unclear.

Can you tell me how to display the miles the car has driven?
@mandolinic Жыл бұрын
That's very easy. You just need to navigate through 6 levels of menu, and then sacrifice a chicken.
