Kylaq has a 1.0 turbo engine and not a naturally aspirated engine .This engine develops 114 BHP and not 85 BHP.Pl correct the video accordingly

Engine and automatic is same in all 3 variants. Now it depends on individual’s budget and their preferences on features. If you need sunroof you have only prestige option.also signature plus and prestige has wireless android auto which really helpful in daily usage. So i recommend to you go for signature + or prestige.
